Ill do nice and fluffly war reports for teams who deserve it, and honest ones for teams who dont.
We came into this match lookin for a fun game and not really caring about the result coz we UKTFCL doesnt mean much atm.
So we play 2fort and win it comfortably....
Co2 we do our normal non-gay setup while LBU used what can only be described as anti-TFC. HW in our yard, sol bridge, enj chasing anyone who tried getting into the water.
I seem to remember a while back LBU having a moan at FsA coz they used gay tactics.... kinda hypercritical really. Anyway its just another reason to make u wanna stop playing tfc when clans care more about getting 1 stupid point than the quality of the actual game.

engie running past u then turning round and chasing u god knows how many nail grens on our side of bridge ;/
seems lbu will do anything aslong as it results in them getting something from game ala 8 man offy for bonus point when they are getting cained and the gayest of the gay tactics.
Hardly what bonus point was introduced for.

My first match back playing TFC in about 4 months :|
2fort was alright, nothing special really. I had a hard time at first getting used to things and ended up dying quite a lot. Rest of the D played well, returned a couple nicely so I reckon 2 caps was pretty well deserved for LBU. Offy was doing well (with Merc playing :p) and brought home 8.
Crossover2 was a bit of a different story. We probably made this harder on ourselves than it should have been really. Our D setup had Stig defending the yard as soldier and no one on the bridge (because we don't normally do that). LBU had a HW on the bridge (hurrah). The match can best be summed up :

I think they got the flag to the yard 3 times, the last one they capped with about 2 minutes to go. Defence wasn't exactly playing great and the setup wasn't the best so only losing 1 cap was pretty good going.
Unfortunately offy were suffering on the other end and I can't really blame them for getting pissed off at the spam and backtracking. Once you lose the focus to attack it becomes pointless.
Maybe we should use a HW on the bridge or 5 attacking sols who backtrack? |

Most ppl seem to regard backtracking on crossover2 as a viable tactic now so you cant single out lbu for doing it...I dunno how this idea of it somehow being ok on xo2 coming about,Its a shame cos if people play it straight up then its a good map.
And make sure you keep the screens for all the games while i aint at home...ill sort em when im back ..biiiiiiii :x |
