Fun game tonight vs the prem champs 187.
Twilight was 1st and half BC hadnt even played it before so it was a slow start for us. Lifey didnt know how to put the secret route up and merc didnt know how to take it down (FFS I PUT DETPACK ON IT AND IT DIDNT OPEN). They got a full cap, then we did, then they did. Then we held their key at the GC for a while and relayed it back to the GC a couple of times. With 1 min to go it was 60-59 but they just got our key moving as it ended. Everyone agreed this map is pretty kewl and we all got some much needed experience on it.
Stow was next. We started off with a pretty good looking team with dw tsp, mir bm, stig lift and merc enj. I sorted my mouse out b4 this map so i cud actually chuck grens >:D. It was a fast and furious start and we were a cap or so in the lead. Then mercpal dropped so i went enj and didnt do to well (its bin a while :<). Then once we looked like settling down dw's mouse borked so he went offy and Nar came enj. The next 15 mins was just people chucking grens and dying and no one cud be bothered to sort def positions out properly. Was kinda fun but we shud have got organised in the middle.

ROFL @ that game..
twilight i speccied for half of it. I almost cried tbh :p had about 2 of our offy outside their secondary route tryin to figure out how to open it for a while. Our def werent very well setup at the start and 187 just raped secret route and dragged the caps out that way. Few nice concs which showed 187 actually gone over the map beforehand (perhaps we shudda done that?!?!?!1) Anyway we almost equalised but i think by this time our def wasnt fucked about losing :p
chimkey was a total mess, none of us gave a fuck after 1st two caps went and it became a case of just walkin around varoious positions and killin meds if they were in the way. Think some of our def went demo too for a laugh, and varous ppl were engy in periods. All in all we couldnt be buggered in organising ourselves in def and 187 took advantage. Perhaps we shud play alittle more seriously in friendlies :p
btw wp offy for pullin out all the caps on chimkey :p |
