Been a long time since i have been in a game which has been as gay as this one was..
Openfire, made to play this on there german server which gave us all 80 -140 pings ish, with random lag spikes. Nar dropped as HW fr 1-2 times for about 5 minutes in total with no idle atall. Life went from FD to offy swapping with stig and managed to pull a cap out in last 5 minutes through the sea of spam, well they are german?
Sd_l, Played on our server, with the germans having far better ping on ours compared to theres.. The whining at got to a stage where i binded enter to "Stop whining" and used it where needed. They had 6 D, 6 fucking D fuck sake. on my travels into attack(when we established they had 2 scouts on offy, left stig to it..) i noticed everything from 3 SGS + HW and spamming engis in RR, from being backtracked and potshotted all game, then someone got the sec down.. I followed DanS into rr as spy, he was a medic if i recall, i manage to dodge the sea of mirvs and emps to get the flag and move it into the RR.
Where it stayed for best part of 5 minutes with constant touches from our offy. it hardly moved, until saltz teh engi wondered in, 1emp taking out 3 players (+ sg?) and he walked out with flag.. on 2hp.
Shows what some clans will do these days for a result, making the game as poor for others as possible, but i will admit sd_l was best game of sd_l i ever played, just for that constant flag movement, real atmosphere on comms.
Gave my self motd cuz i actually got the flag to rr after many failed attempts, which led to the cap :P |

Our biggest mistake first map was underestimating gboc. We stuck life and Nar in def with me offy :E Life had a gayping and Nar kept timing out so gboc took a swift lead. Merc dropped early on and saltz had a 200+ ping and with me offy and the ammount of spam we had to wade thru anyway we didnt really look like capping. saltz dropped to get sum1 leavin me offy alone, no idle at this point btw and were down to 6. To make things worse this was ur typical shite german toaster run on a 486 and a 33k modem. BS joined about half wayish thru so life, saltz and BS went offy and i deffed. Nar later went offy as saltzs ping was just too gay :f We managed to grind out 1 cap thru the spam somehow but by then it was just too far gone to pull anything back.
Back to our server for the 2nd map and shock horror gboc's pings dont change much at all. We started this map with our usual def. But gboc turtled going 6 def on sd_l, with an offy engy. Def held fine as we sent more and more forwards. In the end we managed to get their sec down somehow and get flag rr. At this point im the only one left defending, turgs gone offy and gboc has gone 7 def with 1 offy scout. We get the cap out then start building sgs on top of their base so they couldnt get out which was fun :D
all in all gboc are a bunch of cunts and dont do the reputation for the german tfc community any favours.
