After rip dropped from the UKTFCL, rasta replaced them so we had to play our week 1 match again :o, Got a good result in the end though :)
First up was openfire_l and it was a bitve a shambles since we only just had 8 in irc, saltz said he'd engy( :x ) and ritch started as HWG cos Nar loves offy on openfire(even though he ownz hwg :p), It was pretty much neck and neck at the start with Rasta getting a lotve flag movement but we managed to stay ahead and def soon settled.
Lifey started to have lag probs so he swopped to def hwg and ritch moved to offy, We just pulled away from then on and Rasta very rarely threatened to cap, Well actually they did get one to the water but a nice emp from saltz took their med out about an inch from the flag and it returned .1 of a second later :)
Next was Chimkey and except for one lapse which resulted in a cap the defence was rock solid, Offy capped pretty continuosly too :)
Motm stig for the difficult job of taking all those dropped flags to the cp :P |
