bah! Had a shambled offy cos life was somewhere and nars pc was fucked, Saying that though myself Eat merc and saltz did ok the first map...Well it was mainly saltz who fuckin owned!
Unfortunately Splatz pc was playing up so he dropped for the second map meaning we moved merc to engy and that left us with an offy of Eat B0wnz saltz and myself...a recipe for disaster :P
We really shouldve won the first map by a larger margin as we lead 70-40 at one point but once pils moved to "take u down to 10 health as soon as he looks at u across the fr" hwg we kinda struggled whereas the 187 offy continued to work a few more caps out to leave us with a slender 10 point lead.
As i said went into the second map with a reshuffled team and although defence seemed a lot stronger we got absolutely nowhere vrs their defence until we switch merc and Eat over..At this point we capped almost immediately and worked another more or less on the relay straight to the rr, It really looked as though we were going to win, Unfortunately 187 moved back to 6 d at this point with an extra sg and although we got a few touches we simply couldnt break thru the sheer weight of numbers. It was 20-10 to 187 at this point and with us sending DanS offy to try and get the cap we lost another to end up 30-10 losers :(
Oh well..was a good game imo cept for the 6 d at the end which kinda soured it :(

oh dear :) joined the server for 2nd map and ended up playing water and B0wnz playing offy, which was just as bad >_< no Nar or life today and it shown :)
didnt actually have that bad of time on defence, i feel for our offy, Eat + B0wnz + Afx + saltz who had to put up with countless sgs + 2 hw guys, soldiers, the works. Got game to 20-10 the moment Mercutio went offy(i fucking love you merc!) soon as we got there flag to there fd though, they pulled back and built 2 sgs, had 2 hw guys, soldiers etc, didnt see us capping that then :)

1st round we had me,Eat Afx and saltz offy and saltz owned out loads of caps Splatz dropped near the start meaning we had no sg for a little while i think :<, anyway they started with a sniper fr which threw me a bit but he soon changed to hwguy, btw i can't wait till valve lock ex_interp i really can't :)
We basically had a choice of going fd and facing 2 sols then a hwguy shooting us from the water and one from the fr or go water and kill the hwguy only for another to drop down into the water and kill us in olympic record time, somehow we managed to win the map thanks to saltz owwwwning.
The onto round2 we have B0wnz and Eat in offy :D and Splatz drops, i think it was because he couldn't play with my engy configs (which i sent him just before the match) cos he ha dlost his or something and his pc kept crashing so i was told to engy (demo going up on demo center as we speak ;/ ) with Eagle fr , ch00 and DanS fd and aphex (on no comms) water, they got a cap out and def looked totally solid, with about 10mins to go Eat comes running into the fr as engy and tells me to go offy so i do so and helped get a cap out and then another 1 to rr , 187 go 6d 2hwguys 2 sgs and some sols ;F, DanS came offy and it eventually returned it after what seemed an age at the fd, then they capped and we lose overall by 1 cap, still a great performance to take them so close with such a poor offy out (no offence guys :P) gg 187
*Edit* I was thinking maybe we should run maybe 3 hwguys all with ex_interp modified so the nme dies within 0.2 seconds and an engy everygame, luckily for the rest of the tfc community we arn't a clan that are so desperate to win, unlike some.
I notice u don't deny it twisted, oh and you really can't talk considering you were in the clan that recruited the biggest cheat in TFC history (twice) gg mass.
* btw pils u say u couldnt hit me with sniper rirfle, ex_interp can't change your own hitboxes only how you percieve others so it's your own settings that were at fault :) |

as this was an exciting game i'll do a report :P
Round1 : Usaly first map shambles, 3 new faces to our normal well setup ment a communication break down and a general luck of understanding to begin with. Did not help with Mr Norway aka Splatz lagging at the start. Any way! it was no shock that the 187 offy broke us down fairly easily at the start and pulled out 4 caps within quick sucsession before we could sort out the def problems. Then for the remander of the map we had them under control, apart from 2 lapses near the end. Which in hindsite cost us the match. Offy started slowly, but saltz worked his welsh ass off and got us 4 caps in a row.
Round 2: All change in def...B0wnz went offy, merc and aph joined def. This made a big difference, even though once again 187 got the first cap we held very nicely and looked fairly strong. Offy pulled it back to 10-10 just as 187 got our flag moving. So 20-10 and all to play for. THEN DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN! we get flag to fd! 187 felt they could not hold it with 5 D so they went 6, and to their credit the flag returned. Then BLEH! somehow they capped a 3rd.

Changed this result to a default win coz 187 used a player who was cheating. Pilsy was aimbotting and was banned from all leagues a few weeks after this game. Since we only lost the game by 1 cap despite them using a cheater I feel it is fair to change this result to a win.
I have no doubt that we would have won this game easily if Pilsy wasnt a haxing faggot. |
