There's always *something*.
Nero's connection was totally fucked (he couldn't even load his uni's web page) - Cobra didn't appear until after the second map had started, Skins had an 1800 ping (you can't deny that one) and we were generally scraping the barrel.
Luckily, we managed to get Trig to play but we were left short again when he had to go to bed after the first map (breach is enough to send anyone to sleep to be fair :P)...
It's not like we pissed you around for half an hour for the fun of it. Thankfully, Nero's internet worked kinda (took a couple of mins of retrying server or something 'cause he was getting an error) with a few minutes to go (that's why he didn't reboot despite having fps probs... was scared his conn wouldn't work again) - Trig played round one, skins tried to play rd2 but had to be replaced by LG who was luckily on hand to play.... and then Cob finally came home from work, so we got him into the game.

The only thing we're curious about is who that ownage guy elakjavel was, the other stuff we knew anyway :P.
And while we're all whining about playing conditions my ping wasn't just high, it was very unstable. So yeah, anything else that we should whine about? How about the weather? Raining all the fucking time down here.. |
