Penultimate game of our WPTFCL season and yet again we faced DW, Too tired to write much cos im worn out :P
They used a 5 3 setup on breach whereas we ran a 4 4...Wasnt much fun v 5 d and tbh we were very unlucky at the end as i managed to take the flag from their ramp and died just as i was approaching the front door...Unfortunately there was like 5 seconds left so no time to cap :(
For chimkey_l though DW can probably count themselves a little unlucky as they lead for the vast majority of the map by a couplve caps but offy just managed to catch up and capped to seal the draw with about 30 seconds remaining :)

Breach was alright, alot of talk in priv about how we should defend this map, we changed from how we played in Vitality last night, and for first five minutes it iddnt work atall. They got flag out with a nice conc, out top way, we held it in water, And it almost returned :)
Yet i still managed to resup 1500 times apparently?
We also had a flag at FD, but Afx went and checked time left and it was only 11 seconds, maybe we could have capped it, maybe not, never know :) After DW first cap our flag hardly moved, and when it did we returned it.
I dropped for chimkey.. ended 90-90 some how, need to beat 187 to be in with a shout of winning WPTFCL, According to steff the cap points mean nothing on the main site, one woul d assume as we have almost double what DW got, if it came to a draw.. Guess not, for entertainment value and a few others things, so i expect it will be a playoff :)

gg - we were unlucky not to win on breach and we were lucky not to lose on chimkey; guess it all balances out.
Incidentally their new recruit played very well and appears to be a top acquisition, amazing that such a good player hasn't been in any top clans before, judging from his alias at any rate. |

Um i didn't blow my SG defrag took it down as i recall while u were in the respawn counting the flag time down with your nemisis cheats.

Again I enjoyed breach_l, even though our def tactics where hardly tried and tested. WE let and early cap go, but we got stronger as the map went on, and I dont think they moved it too much. Offy seemed to get alot of touches on dw's flag, but where unable to turn them into caps. I think we almost pulled a flag out at the end of breach_l but alas time was up!
Chimkey!! (sory about the wait, i was taking a phone call about my new car :D [/brag]) Very unlucky start for us in def, all spawning in the lower resup so a scout beat us to the fr and they very quickly capped. We where always behind and at one stage went 3 caps behind. At this point we all got stuck in, and myelf became very determind to not let our flag go again. In the last 10 mins we lost 1 flag! shame about the other 20 mins :P Anyway, offy started slow but keept the scores respectable, and as def held firm they pulled back the three caps and so it ended a draw. Firt time i've ever played lift sol in a clan game and it was an experiance i can tell you!
